Mr. Muhammad Usman Aleem joined the Faculty of KASBIT in February 2008 as a Senior Lecturer. He had been a teacher as well as a Consultant & Specialist with Pakistan, UK and UAE based companies like Asia Strategy Institute, Investors In People (assisting the Lead Assessor), Al Kaheel Equine Management (Dubailand, UAE) and United Registrar of Systems respectively.

He has more than 8 years of Industry experience in various positions. His last position was General Manager Human Resource at U&I Garments / Junaid Jamsheed (J.). He has also provided Consultancy in Human Resource to various Academic Institutes, Government Organizations, Local & Multinational Organizations of repute and also worked with European Union on Industria-Academia Linkages.

He started his career in Pharmaceutical Marketing & Sales. Later on decided to follow the Trainer Profession in 2005 and worked as a Trainer at the IoBM & Sanofi-Aventis. He is registered as a Specialist (Pharma) with URS, UK. As a Specialist (Pharma), Mr. M.Usman was involved in many audits of Local and Multinational Pharmaceuticals Companies.

Muhammad Usman earned his degree in Bachelors of Pharmacy from University of Karachi in 2000. He received his Master of Business Administration degree in 2003 from SZABIST specializing in Marketing. He is one of the faculty members who hold MS degree in Computing with specialization in Software Engineering and Project Management. He joined KASBIT in 2010 as a Lecturer in the Marketing and Management Department and since then he has been assigned with different responsibilities including Students’ Counseling, Organizing and arranging different Events and currently in addition to Teaching he is also performing the duties of MS/M.Phil//PhD Coordinator.

Ms. Saima Erum has been associated with KASBIT for the 1 and half year. She is certified of CPB (Certified Professional Bankers) from Academy of Bankers and Temenos T – 24 is a core banking software. Her areas of interests are accounting, finance, research, business law and Banking.

She has 1 and half years experience in different Pharmaceutical Industries in Production and Quality Control Department as a Production and QC officer and also having 2 years teaching experience at school level.

She was induced by KASBIT on 1st June 2008 as a Teaching Assistant and Assistant Coordinator initially but after wards worked as a Coordinator of MBA –Weekend Program. She has been teaching Mathematics courses at the graduate level. She has been teaching Calculus, Business mathematics, Quantitative Analysis, College Algebra in the BBA program.
