Preamble:
Change is permanent and rapid changes in technology,
approach, attitude and other tangible/intangible
conditions are bringing more and more uncertainty in
business environments. Due to changes, the task of
managing is becoming more & more complex and demanding.
Key to business survival in the future lies in developing
human resource that can effectively respond to rapidly
unfolding challenges of tomorrow. Realizing the challenge,
KASBIT, precisely to cater to future needs, has
developed and designed KASBIT Executive MBA Program
(EMBA)
EMBA:
The EMBA program is intended for entrepreneurs and
mid-career managers who can take on greater challenges and
make an impact on the productivity of their organizations.
These persons can leverage their work experience through
an exceptional management education program in the form of
EMBA. The program is structured to enable busy managers
to acquire management education while fulfilling regular
professional obligations. The program is spread over 26 to
31 months intensive studies and involves about 25 months
regular full-time academic activity supplemented by
distance learning. In a semester of 8/9 weeks duration
a student has to register minimum in 1 and maximum in 2
courses to retain admission.
Special Features of the program:
EMBA Courses are
carefully chosen to provide both depth and breadth of a
thorough, exceptional management program. While starting
with basics of each functional area, the courses will
quickly ramp up to advanced levels in order to maximize
learning of a group of highly experienced managers.
Program will help participants to develop useful knowledge
at operational and strategic levels in each business area.
EMBA appeals to the working professionals and senior
executives because of class timetable, which schedules all
classes on weekends and other holidays thus making it
easier for the students to be educated and trained without
disturbing their office routine.
The other proposition comes from EMBA’s balanced
syllabus, which has been formulated keeping in view the
current environment surrounding corporate sector and the
weak areas of the skilled labor of Pakistan. The syllabus
focuses on all business and management functions. A mix
of all the major disciplines required to manage efficient
and effective business concerns is thus available having
included in the course outlines.
KASBIT’s highly skilled regular & visiting handpicked
faculty is another strong point. The faculty is
continuously involved in various training and development
exercises to keep themselves updated with latest trends,
theories, procedures, changes and techniques that are
frequently evolving throughout the world.
EMBA Courses are carefully chosen to provide both depth
and breadth of a thorough, exceptional management
education & development program. While starting with
basics of each functional area, the courses will quickly
ramp up to advanced levels in order to maximize learning
of a group of highly experienced managers/executives.
Program will help participants to develop useful knowledge
at operational and strategic levels in each business area.
